An attic fitout & a new outdoor eating terrace over a car parking space.
The outdoor areas including the new terrace are relatively small, & to balance this the area was given visual richness, with a variety of soft textures from selected planting.
The attic variously functions as an office/study, spare bedroom & play room. Large skylights open to views & the sky.
